Job Title: Support Staff I

Job Location: San Sebastian Salitrillo, Santa Ana, El Salvador

​

Terms: Full-Time, at-will employment  

​

Requirements: 

• Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate orally and in writing 

• Analytical thinker, be a creative problem solver

• Competent in the use of technology 

• Capacity to offer assistance to teachers and the implementation of curriculums 

• Adaptable/flexible 

• Enthusiastic

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Language or Education 

• Language, must be fluent in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Tutor multiple subjects 

• Responsible for implementing assigned curriculum to groups of students 

• Responsible for managing classroom behavior based on standards established by the GIVE Foundation 

• Responsible for carrying out goals, policies, activities designed to implement service objectives and performance standards of the GIVE Foundation 

• Collaborate with all necessary parties to implement and reach organizational goals and objectives 

• Responsible for facilitating mission trips and engaging with individuals of different nationalities 

• Responsible for attending all assigned events and participate in translation to non-Spanish speaking individuals
